To set up Google G-Suite on Krystal Web Hosting, you first need to change the Email Routing in Control Panel, remove the existing MX records and add the new Google G-Suite MX record. Previously, Google G-Suite required several records to be added; fortunately, only a single MX record is needed now.
Step 1
In Control Panel
Select Domain
Email Routing – select ‘Remote Mail Exchanger‘
Step 2
In Control Panel
Under Domains – Select Zone Editor
Select Domain – Manage
Delete/Remove existing MX Records
Add New Google G-Suite MX Record
Name: Full Domain Name
TTL: 3600
Type: MX
Priority: 1
Record: smtp.google.com
Click Save Record
