If you’ve got a video recorded in portrait format and you need it switching to landscape, here are the steps in Adobe Premiere Pro CC to convert the portrait video to landscape video.
Adobe Premiere Pro CC – Import Portrait Format Video and Convert to Landscape Video
Step 1 – Import Portrait Video into Premiere Pro CC
Step 2 – Add to Timeline
Step 3 – Select Video
Step 4 – With video selected Click Effect Controls / Choose Rotation and Enter: 270 Degree Rotation
Step 5 – This should rotate the Portrait video to Landscape Format
Step 6 – Next Select Sequence / Sequence Settings and reverse the Width and Height settings so the video displays correctly.
